The new development that's occuring in the City of Bryan is truly valuable not only to embrace our growing population, but also to encourage people to stay. We all know that the City of Bryan is a fabulous place to be, it's a wonderful place to raise a family, it's a great place to be a young professional and also to end your career. So, it's really been a place where people of all generations are wanting to be, wanting to stay, wanting o create a life. So the new activity, the new development that's occurring here, is really responding to that desire of the community members to want to be here, and to want to recreate, and to want to live and work, and so I think the development we're seeing is a direct response from the community's desire.
