Step 2: Verification
Please click the link below to complete and submit the Ethics Training Verification form. This will let the appropriate city staff members know that you've completed this training.
You will receive an email confirmation of your submission. Please print out this email confirmation as it serves as your certificate of completion.
Please Note: Your training is not considered complete until you have submitted this form, it has been recorded by city staff, and you have received your email confirmation.
