Community Development Services

Bryan’s Community Development Services Department administers federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide decent housing, suitable living environment and expanded economic opportunities in Bryan. They provide programs that address local housing and non-housing needs primarily for special needs populations and partner with private and public entities to serve additional families. Coulter Airfield

The City of Bryan’s Economic Development Department helps create opportunities for economic development in the city through business growth, expansion, retention and attraction.
